Breakups hurt but you heal too! Short stories on mental health is a story about a guy who had a breakup and is going through a tough time.

We often listen to breakup stories from girls and ladies, and how they go through this. I guess men don’t choose to discuss this as much as they should. Yes, even men go through breakup phrases and someone like me chose to talk about it too.

I and my girl were in a relationship for 7 long years. It all started when we were in college and that continued even after we finished our education. There were no understanding issues between us. We both were mature enough to take the route life shows us or what life demands.

The final day: Breakups hurt but you heal too! Short stories on mental health

Yes, we agreed to get apart. We agreed to still be in touch not as partners but as well-wishers. I was hurt, but life has to go on. We all have different goals and ambitions in life and having a partner/a friend who would stay with us even if a relationship has ended is bliss.

She was happy when I say about my success and sad when I failed at something. Happy when I score a 100 during a Galli Match and sad when I was balled out. Happy when I said I have found the one and extremely happy when I said our marriage is fixed.

A small example of how some people stay in life no matter what. Even if we don’t have a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship, we would be happy with each other success.

This is a simple fiction story about how small things matters for Mental Health. How do mature minds come to rescue us from being further drowning in depression.

In this series, I would write about more such fiction stories in which small elements would help the character into a better state of mind.
