“In a home that I lived in most of my life was not mine anymore. I don’t feel wanted here. I feel lonely despite 6 people living in this house. No one comes to me and talks. All are happened to be busy with their own life.”
I wanted to sit with them and have breakfast but by the time I come out all would be gone to work. When do I ask them something they get angry very easily? It seems like they don’t want me to be in between them.

I am not bedridden but I need help to do basic things also. This had made my family difficult and they wanted me to go to the care home. Just because there would be people to help me with my needs and also to talk to me.
I had to agree as it is getting really difficult for my family as everyone is working, including my grandchildren. I wanted someone to talk to. While I miss my family a lot. Even I wanted to go to the care home.
Where I can find people who have time to sit and talk to each other, and care for each other. Later then I realized, I am going home but not away from home.

This is a simple fiction story about how small things matters for Mental Health. How a positive mindset comes to rescue us from being further drowning in depression.
In this series, I would write about more such fiction stories in which small elements would help the character into a better state of mind.
