My theme for BlogChatter A2Z Blogging Challenge would be “How a little positivity would change the state of Mental Health” “How happiness would help to cope with Mental Health” “What is family support means to someone who is dealing with Mental Health” How physical fitness helps in healing” “How art helps healing anxiety”
As I have decided to write more about Mental Health this year, I would love to have this challenge run along the same lines. This is the basic idea of what I am going to write. Closer to my heart as I have learned the importance of Mental Health as I write about it.
It could be, a fictional story that would include these topics. Be it my personal experiences. Be it how I think would help my readers on coping up with the state of mind they are going through.
As a writer, I would want to make sure to remove the stigma wall that stops people from talking about how they feel and what makes them better.
A2Z 2021 was my first time taking part in something like this. And by the end of August, I have published my first eBook with them. Motherhood Talks. Never had I thought that I would be publishing my book. Here comes my second year with BlogChatter and couldn’t be more excited than I am.
If things go well, then this series of blog posts on Mental Health would come out as a published paperback. Figures Crossed!
Have made many blogger friends and I got to learn a lot about different writing techniques and experimenting with different genres. One of the best things I have decided and with a lot of commitment and passion looking forward to my second year of the A2Z challenge.
