The ultimate mom boss

Be that Xtra! The Ultimate Mom Boss

Posted on April 28, 2021April 28, 2021 by Sadvika Kylash

This is not my personal story but a write-up that would help other moms to deal with their Mental Health. Even though the Motherhood journey is often lonely and that forces us to manage many things by ourselves at the same time. Read along, the Ultimate mom boss

Motherhood is a journey that has different experiences for each one of us and has different stories to tell. We would often face many critics (mostly family and friends) telling us what to do and what not to do.

Their advice is helpful, I am not denying that! But sometimes it just takes on the nerves. What I do is, listen to them with all due respect, and do what I truly feel is right. As a mother, you would have an idea of what works and what doesn’t work with kids.

The Ultimate Mom boss:

With your kids, you are the boss! You decide what to do next with them. You are the firm member, who can control all your emotions and serve the family. You are someone whom the family will look up to.

Home is where mom is:

I am sure all of you agree. I am a mother too, but before I talk about myself as a mom, I would like to talk about my mom. If we all can just go back in time and remember, how we used to ask mom for every small thing? Yes, ma where is this? Ma where is that? Ma, I want this. Ma ma ma….!!

Where Mom takes charge:

Moms usually take charge of the home, she knows what is where, what to do and when to do, what meal to make, when to de-clutter, who would be invited, and who would not. Everything related to home is taken care of by mom. She has the power to decide.

Wow!! Boss mom. It feels so great to hear that word. Completely agree with the point that we have the ultimate right to take all the decisions related to our kids, but I would also like to take suggestions from experienced people in my life. Many times, during early motherhood, I realized that it was a good idea to take advice and acting on it. Motherhood is all about continuous learning from others and your own experiences.

I agree that home is home because mom makes it one. So mothers can take the charge and lead the game.
